Connecticut Dodgeball started with a simple idea: weeknights are better with a gym full of people throwing balls at each other.

More than just a league
We run genuine seasons: weekly matches, live standings, playoffs, and a championship. We take the games seriously, never ourselves.
What started as a passion project grew because the community showed up for it. Whether you're a longtime player or stepping onto a dodgeball court for the first time, there's a place for you here.

What we're about
01
Play hard
League play runs on real rules and standings that update every week. We take the games seriously, but never ourselves.
02
Be cool
Sportsmanship first. We compete hard and shake hands after. New players get welcomed, not iced out, that's our non-negotiable.
03
Throw responsibly
Safety and respect on every court. Clean play, honest calls, and a game everyone wants to come back to next week.

Honestly, it’s amazing. I love being able to represent my state. This is history. For us, this is a pretty big deal.
